DataArt's experts together with developers on the client's side are creating new banking apps and upgrading the old ones.

The Data Engineer will be a part of the data engineering community to deliver opportunities to support the organization’s strategic direction. The specialist will have the chance to influence the development and strategic direction of data and analytics, and enjoy a rewarding role that provides valuable development opportunities and training.


  • Disseminating data and analytics solution to solve internal and external data problems
  • Using data extraction and processing techniques to meet regulatory data requirements, providing a robust approach to resolving and automating recurring external and internal information requests
  • Using new data platforms and technologies to improve the efficiency of the client’s processes and systems to improve access, understanding, and the dissemination of data
  • Leading, collaborating, mentoring, and sharing expertise with the team of analysts in the areas of data architecture, validation, and integrity
  • Sharing knowledge with the enterprise analytics and insights teams

Must have

  • 5+ years working in a data and analytics environment using technologies such as SAS, SQL, VBA, Teradata, Oracle (R and Python would be a plus)
  • Experience in leading data and analytics projects in large organizations
  • A background in solving complex analytics challenges delivering real business benefits
  • Solid skills with Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
  • Solid analytical skills with an ability to draw conclusions from various data sources and present them to senior management
  • Basic knowledge of AI, Machine Learning models & Cloud platforms
  • Logical thinker, with a demonstrable history of solving complex data issues
  • Enthusiasm for developing insights through the latest forms of data thinking and technologies
  • Customer-focused, action-oriented, and committed to driving quality results.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships around the business.
  • Ability to analyze and manage large data streams, automate complex processes, linking disparate information sources together, and confident in your capability to translate and present them in a way that's effective and understandable to the business, and to a non-technical audience
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, self-starter
  • Spoken English

Would be a plus

  • Mathematical Data Science, Information Management or Computer Science qualification, Degree or Post-Graduate Qualification, and/or SAS accreditation
  • Experience in SAS Enterprise Guide or SAS Enterprise Miner
