We are waiting for resumes from candidates who are interested in recruitment and selection of specialists in IT industry.

Responsibilities

  • Proactive sourcing of candidates for different IT positions
  • Participating in all stages of recruitment: searching for specialists, conducting interviews, organizing subsequent stages
  • Working with contact databases, analyzing CVs
  • Remote (email, Skype) and face-to-face communication with candidates and colleagues during meetings
  • Working with various channels and means in order to attract prospective employees

Must have

  • Interest and basic knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment channels and tools
  • Willingness to multitask and process large amounts of information
  • Analytical thinking
  • Sociable, stress-resistant

Would be a plus

  • Experience with recruitment within the IT industry
