About the vacancy

Our client developed a platform for real estate agents. The service allows to distribute ads on social networks, track user activity, and manage them on a single cloud platform.

DataArt’s specialists will work on supporting the portal and developing new features. One of the tasks is to help in development of new features for Twilio based call-center. The project uses D3.js for plotting. The frontend is written in Backbone.js, the backend is written in Python, Django 2.

Responsibilities

  • New features development for Twilio based call-center: 60%
  • Maintenance / Bug fixing: 20%
  • Client support: 10% (Slack)
  • Meetings: 10% (Slack)

Must have

  • 3+ years of Python programming experience
  • Experience with Twilio Flex or other SaaS Contact Center solutions
  • Knowledge of Django
  • Good spoken English

Would be a plus

  • Experience with ML\AI
  • Experience with version control systems (VCS): Git, Mercurial
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies
